Особенности возмещения вреда, причиненного вследствие взаимодействия транспортных средств

In order to ensure the normal course of civil turnover and taking into account the increasing number of transport vehicles and the number of accidents occurring with their participation, the need to have special study related to the issues on the sources of increased danger and the liability of the subjects responsible for caused harm has arisen. The article is devoted to some questions on the subjects who are responsible for compensating for damage caused by sources of increased danger, regulations on compensation for damage caused to each other and to a third party with the participation of the sources of increased danger, particularly, the transport vehicles. The author, having discussed in-depth the legal regulations provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, clarifies the subjects responsible for the damage in each case and substantiates the necessity of making changes aimed at improving the existing regulations.
